Holiday weekends are meant for two things: relaxation and celebration. What better way to celebrate this Labor Day weekend than with a refreshing Pineapple Orange Rum Punch. Inspired by a recent vacation to the Bahamas, this fresh take on a classic rum punch will have you on island time regardless of your location.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
2 cups of fresh squeezed pineapple juice
2 cups of fresh squeezed orange juice
2 cups of white rum
¼ cup of fresh squeezed lime juice
2 Tablespoons of grenadine syrup
1 Tablespoon of coconut milk
Slices of limes to garnish
Combine all ingredients (except slices of lime) in a blender and mix on low speed until thoroughly combined. Pour over crushed ice into the glass of your choice and garnish with a lime slice. This recipe makes about eight servings.
