Where does Supply ship?

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as Canada, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia (for a full list, see below). How much does shipping cost?

We are proud to offer free three-day shipping for all orders shipping to the contiguous US. Our free three-day shipping travels via US Post Office, and is calculated in business days. 

We also offer faster shipping at checkout via UPS for a small fee. Pricing is automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

What about international orders?

For international orders, discounted shipping is calculated at checkout. It typically runs anywhere from $7 to $30, depending on your order weight, destination, and requested service. The two international shipping methods offered at checkout are US Postal Service and DHL Express. Although it's generally more expensive, we strongly recommend selecting DHL Express for their speed, reliability, and general awesomeness in delivering packages internationally.

Please keep the following in mind when ordering from overseas:

  • All orders are shipped from Dallas, Texas (USA). 
  • VAT, GST or any other country taxes are not pre-paid for international orders and may be levied upon delivery.
  • Terms of sale for international orders are FOB destination. This means that international customers pay all freight and duties or taxes. 
  • Commercial invoices will be marked as "Merchandise" and the value of the shipment will be marked as equal to the order amount. Shipments cannot be marked as gifts or marked at a price lower than the amount paid. 
  • If your package is undeliverable and returned to us because you’re not there, you provided a wrong address, refuse to pay import taxes, or moved without notifying us, the shipping cost for your order will not be refunded.

When exactly will I receive my order?

Here’s how it works: You place an order online, then we process it. Your package will ship out from our warehouse in 1 business day or less. From then on, it all depends on your shipping method. If you choose our free three-day shipping option, your order will arrive within 3 business days - and sometimes even sooner. 

International orders shipped via USPS will typically arrive between 7 and 21 business days from delivery, but can take up to 30 business days in some cases. Orders shipped via DHL Express typically arrive in 3-5 business days. These timelines for international shipments are estimates and are not guaranteed. If your country charges import fees, it may take longer to receive your package. 

Orders placed on weekends and holidays are shipped the following business day.

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. We offer a 100-day trial for all of our gear, which means you have 100 days to try it out, live with it, Instagram it, and love it. 

If at any point in the first 100 days you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new products, return them for a full refund—no questions asked. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a free shipping label. For a limited time, return shipping on U.S. orders is on us! 

Please note that this policy is applicable only to orders placed on https://getsupply.com. Please see our Kickstarter return policy for any questions on crowdfunding rewards. If you have purchased our products from one of our amazing partners, please contact them directly.

How do I process an international return?

If you are located outside of the US and want to return an international order during the 100-day period, please email hello@getsupply.com to let us know. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please indicate that this is a return on the Commercial Invoice. 

Where's my order?

There are a few ways for you to check your order status:

  1. If you created an online account with us when you placed your order, you can find the delivery details in your account summary page. Just sign in and navigate to your order status.
  2. When your order shipped, we sent you an email with a link to a tracking page. Find that email by searching your inbox for emails from Supply.
  3. Still can't find it? No sweat. Just contact us and we can give you the latest status for your order. We can also sign you up for an online account if you would like. 

Can I return my Everyday Dopp or Travel Case if it gets scratches?

If your gear arrives, and there is something wrong, please email us at hello@getsupply.com. We're happy to help you and please include photos of the area you're concerned about. That'll help us determine the best course of action for repair. 

There is a natural wear to this leather. It can scratch and get that handsome, worn in leather look. If scratches are going to bother you, use our guide to taking care of your leather goods, conditioning your leather, or consider not purchasing these items.

What's this about a 100-day trial?

How is the Single Edge made?

The Single Edge is produced using a highly advanced manufacturing method known as Metal Injection Molding. This method is typically used for aerospace and medical applications. We figured, if it's good enough for fighter jets - it must be good enough for your face.

Why do the black versions of the Single Edge cost more than the other versions?

Each razor in our lineup is crafted from 100% solid stainless steel - but our black razors undergo an additional manufacturing process that makes them more expensive to produce. They are coated with a thin film of titanium using a method known as Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD). 

What's the difference between the three shave settings for the Single Edge?

Think of it like the electric clippers at your barber shop - change the blade setting, and change how close you cut. Need an extra close shave today? Just use our aggressive setting - it allows you to mow down the thickest beard with ease. Just a trim? Use our sensitive setting. Once you shave with our customizable razor, you'll wonder why you ever did it any other way.

Sensitive: Perfect for sensitive skin, short beard growth, and first time safety razor users. Note: This setting will not shave extremely close.

Classic: Perfect for the average guy. Gives a close, comfortable shave.

Aggressive: Perfect for wiry hair, long beard growth, or an extra close shave. Note: This setting can cause irritation if proper technique is not used.

How do I distinguish between the three different shave settings?

Settings are indicated by small indentations on the back:

O    Mild Setting

OO   Classic Setting

OOO   Aggressive Setting

How can I care for my leather goods?

We recommend using Chamberlain's Leather Milk. It's a natural leather cleaner, conditioner, and water repellant. We recommend it on our leather goods, but please check with the manufacturer for their recommendations on other leathers. Also go here to see Chamberlains recommendations.

We recommend treating your leather every 6 months to a year for conditioning, maybe a little more often if you live in a harsher weather environment and expose your leather to these conditions. Make sure you let your leather totally dry out before reapplying.

It is possible that it may darken your leather, so make sure to always test on a small, inconspicuous spot. This product is not one that would work well if you're looking to dramatically darken your piece. Always test in a small area first to see if you like the result. Apply in thin, even layers allowing each application to completely dry. The color may rub off a bit when you're applying conditioner. Once the leather dries you shouldn't have a problem.

How do I get scratches out of my leather gear?

Elbow grease is the best for scratches in leather. Rubbing the heck out of it with a rag and conditioner or oil should do it. Personally, we like scratches and feel they tell great stories. One of the benefits of leather is the way they wear and continue to look better with age.

What type of leather do you use for The Everyday Dopp and The Single Edge Travel Case?

When choosing materials and construction for the Everyday Dopp, we wanted nothing but the best. For our leather, we chose one of the premier tanneries in North America, based in the leather capital of the world - Leon, Mexico. The entire Everyday Dopp and Travel Case are constructed with nothing but 100% premium, extra-thick full grain leather. We never use bonded, genuine, or any other lesser quality leather.

Unlike cheaper leathers, ours is tanned all the way through the hide. The entire thickness of the leather grain is saturated with the oils, dyes, and preservatives used in the tanning process. This means that the leather lasts longer and looks better as it ages.

Are any of your products tested on animals?

None of our products are tested on animals. We love animals and are not in support of any animal cruelty. 

A couple of notes about our products: Our shave brush is made out of synthetic materials instead of popular shave brushes made out of badger hair. Our shave cream is made out of grass-fed tallow, which is an animal by product. It is not tested on any animals though. The tallow only occurs in our shave cream. Last, our Travel Case and Everyday Dopp are made out of full-grain leather.

How do your products affect the environment?

Our razor and blades are completely recyclable. The blade pack actually comes with an opening on the bottom for you to store your used blades while you are finishing the blade pack. Once you are finished with the pack of twenty blades, you can throw the entire pack into the recycling bin. No landfills necessary!

What kind of blades does your razor accept?

The Single edge accepts standard "injector" style blades. These blades have been in production for 100 years and can be easily purchased on our website , Amazon.com, and more. Each razor ships with a magazine of 20 stainless steel, American-made injector blades. A pack of blades typically lasts up to SIX months and only cost $0.50 per blade to replace.

Who makes your blades?

Our blades are proudly made in the United States by a razor manufacturing company that has been producing blades for over 100 years.

How long do they last?

Everybody changes out their blades at different intervals due to the fact that our skin, hair, and preferences are all different. That said, most customers easily get 5 to 10 shaves out of each blade.

How do I dispose of used razor blades?

Each Single Edge ships with a magazine of 20 stainless steel injector razor blades. If you flip the magazine of blades over, you will see a nifty opening to insert used blades. No sharp objects lying in your trash can or recycling bin unattended or waiting for an unsuspecting toddler or pet to find. Once you are through with all of your blades, you can recycle the entire magazine, blades and all. Safe and better for the environment!

What's the difference between double edge (DE) blades and injector blades?

Our blades are twice as thick as blades that are used in both multi-blade  and single blade razors, which means they flex less, they cut cleaner, and they last longer. 

No flex means no blade chatter, which is a common issue with both multi-blade and single blade razors - causing irritation, nicks, and cuts. Most users get anywhere from 5-10 shaves out of our blades.

How do I load blades in your razor?

With The Single Edge, blade changes are lightning fast, dead simple, and touch free. Every razor ships with a magazine of 20 blades that is used to inject a new blade into the razor handle - and eject the old blade. Once the package is empty, it can be dropped in the recycle bin - and a new pack can be purchased for just $10.

Does the Single Edge accept "Artist Club" style blades?

Artist Club Blades are slightly larger than injector blades, and will not fit in the Single Edge. The Single Edge takes standard injector blades, which can be easily purchased on our website.

Warranty

Tell me about your 100-Year Warranty.

Yes! We make all of our products out of the best materials on the planet. That’s why every Single Edge and product on our site is guaranteed for 100 years against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use. Exposure to any harsh chemicals or damage caused by dog chewing, extreme elements exposure, neglect, etc., is considered abuse and will void the warranty. If your product doesn’t live up to what we said it would, then e-mail us at hello@getsupply.com and will take care of you.

Our warranty will be voided if the Single Edge has been damaged by improper use and techniques outlined in the directions and video tutorials online. Specifically, every time you load a new blade into a Single Edge razor, there should be another blade installed that you will be ejecting. This prevents the surface of the razor being damaged and is why every razor ships with a dummy blade installed before it's first use.
