Lifetime Warranty

We make all of our products out of the best materials on the planet. That’s why each Single Edge and every other product on our site is guaranteed for a lifetime against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies to product materials and construction under responsible use by it's original owner. Exposure to any harsh chemicals or damage caused by dog chewing, extreme elements exposure, neglect, etc., is considered abuse and will void the warranty. If your product doesn’t live up to what we said it would, simply contact us and we'll take care of you. 

For customers who purchased their gear from one of our retail partners, don't worry, we've got you covered, too. However, there are a couple of important things to keep in mind:

1) It is essential that you keep a copy of the receipt or invoice provided by the retailer for your order. Without one, products will not be eligible for the warranty. Our warranty does not apply to any items that aren't purchased from one of our official, listed retail partners. Any items purchased from Amazon, eBay, neighbors, a friend, etc. will not eligible for the warranty.

2) Customers who have purchased their gear from one of our retail partners are responsible for all shipping costs that may occur. You will have the option to choose from the same shipping options provided for orders placed on our website.
